Application for Membership
Interested individuals and corporations may file their written or online applications. If approved by the Officers and the Board of Trustees, the applicant(s), upon payment of corresponding membership fee(s) shall be scheduled for induction. A certificate of membership shall be issued on a yearly basis.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Company Membership
Any company, corporation, partnership, association, proprietorship, etc.
of good standing and operating in the Philippines.
Institutional Membership
Any institution, agency and non-profit private organization, office or
society, interested in promoting the objectives of the Society
(not be allowed to vote or hold office).
Individual Membership
Regular
Any person of good moral standing in the community, engaged in
administrative official or as a professional.
Student
Any person who is still engaged in the academic pursuit of a degree
or non-degree program which may require quality (not be allowed to vote
or hold office).
Correspondent Membership
Any non-resident person, institution, agency, organization, office or
society of good standing and not operating in the Philippines and
interested in promoting the aims, purposes and objectives of the Society
(not allowed to vote or hold office).
Chapter Membership
Quality societies duly established in the provinces and other cities in
compliance with PSQI objectives. There will be no more than one (1)
chapter in any one province/city.
Honorary Membership
The Board of Trustees, by unanimous vote, may confer honorary
membership on any person who has made outstanding contributions
to the promotion of the objectives of the Society.
Life Membership
The Board of Trustees, by unanimous vote, may bestow life membership
to members who have rendered exemplary service to PSQI during their
long tenure as officers or regular members of the Society and have
contributed to the technical, financial and social advancement, recognition
and upliftment of the Society.
