Ms. Mila Cabuloy, - ASQ Certified Quality Manager  (CQM/OE)  and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)  and ASQ Audit Division Deputy Regional Councilor 2007 - 2008  was selected as a judge for the preliminary round competition of ASQ’s International Team Excellence Award Process to be held in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, October 15th and 16th. The International Team Excellence Award Process is participated in by teams around the world. Since 1985, more than 800 teams from the United States, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, and South Korea have competed in this process.
