Greetings to all fellow QUALITY ADVOCATES!
We are in the midst of planning for our 22nd Annual National Quality Forum.
Our theme for this year is – “ROADMAPS TO EXCELLENCE: BLENDING THE BEST!”
We looked at what different organizations do in their journey to achieve performance excellence. It was realized that there may be different ways and approaches that they follow in their journey, depending on the combinations of core and support processes, products, services, customers and suppliers, people, and how they are organized.
Organizations may be large or medium size, from manufacturing or service, academe or healthcare, here or abroad, and listening to them can help us arrive at some blends that we can input into our own roadmaps.
We have invited resource persons with stories to share about their respective roadmaps, and this early, we have received confirmations from speakers from different industries. They have agreed to talk about the aspects of their roadmaps focused on the different performance criteria for excellence, i.e., Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, etc.
We would like to invite you to block off the dates September 30 to October 1, and watch for further announcements from the Philippine Society for Quality as we hold our 22nd National Quality Forum at the Ballroom of the Diamond Hotel. We shall also hold Post-Conference sessions on October 2, in the same hotel.
Whatever the industry you come from, whether large or medium size, or even small, we assure you that you can gather proven techniques and approaches which you can blend into your own best practices for further enhancement.
